Niger Delta Avengers at about 3.00 am today, Friday, blew up the Forcados 48″ export line in Delta State belonging to Shell Petroleum Development Company, SPDC.
The militant group had previously bombed the export line and advised the firm, other oil companies and government not to effect repairs until their demands were addressed.
It’s spokesperson, Brig General Mudoch Agbinibo, confirming the attack by the group, said:At 3:00 am today @NDAvengers blow up the SPDC forcados 48" Exportline. “We warned SPDC not to go ahead with the repair work but they refuse.
This is an example to all other multinationals.
