Tiv kingdom youths, local communities leaders, chiefs and Crowns say NO to grazing reserve for Fulani herdsmen

Yesterday the entire Tiv kingdom with there crowns and chiefs with tiv youths and there local communities leaders all comes to agreement that no piece of land can be taken from then to establish grazing reserve for the herdsmen which has been causing violence in they communities killing and destroying there farm land, crops and raping they Wives and daughters .


Their further advice federal government to look at countries like Holland and Brazil that have the highest number of cattle which produces the milk will consume in our country but you can't see cattle roaming on the street,major road, and infiltrating farm land and destroying crops in the name of grazing. One of the chief said cattle rearing is a personal business own by an individual so government should strongly advice the herdsmen to establish cattle ranches than going through the back door and allocating N940million for grazing reserve.

He says establishing grazing reserve in Benue state is another boobo trap for the entire people of Benue state that witness heavy massacre in Agutu, gwer and other part of the state
